This is my quick Mi Goreng wonton noodles recipe that I have made since my university days. This doesn’t take long to make, so long as you have all the ingredients on hand it takes less than 20 mins. If you want you can actually create ready to go frozen packages of all the fresh ingredients. You can change up the ingredients <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This recipe calls for some easy to buy store-bought add-ons including frozen wontons (meat or vegetarian) as well as some fresh vegetables to spice it up a bit. I’ve made this recipe with all kinds of meats and veggies including tofu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To make a vegan or vegetarian version, add your favourite veggie protein source. I’ve used hard tofu, silken tofu. You can pre-make and freeze the other ingredients so you can just throw them all into the pot when you need to. This will speed things up. To double the recipe, just double the ingredients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
