This keto celery leaf pesto recipe is about to change that. I thought it would be a good idea to try something else with it now that I&#8217;m on the keto train. I did some research and found a few recipes online and then came up with my own version. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Keto Celery Leaf Pesto Recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-3\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow\">\n<ul><li>120 grams celery leaves (The leaves off a medium sized bunch)<\/li><li>40 grams of basil<\/li><li>4 cloves of Garlic<\/li><li>80grams of almonds (I used almond slivers as that&#8217;s all I had)<\/li><li>250ml of Olive Oil<\/li><li>80 grams Parmesan cheese<\/li><li>4 grams of salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Food processor<\/li><li>Scales to measure things<\/li><li>Spatula<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Put the celery leaves into the food processor and blitz it slightly. This will leave room for the rest of the ingredients. <\/li><li>Add all other ingredients to the food processor except for the olive oil. <\/li><li>Blitz until you get an even consistency of all the ingredients. Stopping to wipe down the sides as required. <\/li><li>Once everything is at a pesto like size, slowly add the olive oil until you get the consistency you require. 250ml was what it took to get my consistency. <\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"432\" height=\"428\" src=\"https:\/\/randomadult.local\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/keto-celery-leaf-pesto.png\" alt=\"Keto Celery Leaf Pesto\" class=\"wp-image-805\" srcset=\"https:\/\/randomadult.local\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/keto-celery-leaf-pesto.png 432w, https:\/\/randomadult.local\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/keto-celery-leaf-pesto-300x297.png 300w, https:\/\/randomadult.local\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/keto-celery-leaf-pesto-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>The celery leaves gives it a bit of a spicy kick which is great. <\/li><li>You can leave out the basil if you don&#8217;t have any. I just happened to have a huge bunch in the fridge <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that you&#8217;ve got a jar of fresh keto celery leaf pesto go ahead and use this as a base in salads, zucchini pasta and more. You should put this in your fridge and should last about a month, but who are we kidding?
