This is part of the Wingman Archives, where I’m sharing all the recipes from our chicken wing stall in Saigon.
This was our most ordered sauce by a long way. It’s easy to make and every ingredient is available at any decent grocery store. Toss your freshly fried or air fried wings through it, or use it as a quick marinade on whatever cut of chicken you’re grilling.
Ingredients
- 500 grams gochujang
- 100 grams of water
- 5 grams soy sauce
- 60 grams sesame oil
- 120 grams honey
- 50 grams rice vinegar
- 50 grams fresh ground ginger
- 10 grams fresh ground garlic
Directions
- Blend all together.
- Then bottle, date and store in fridge
