Wingman Signature Korean Sauce 

This is part of the Wingman Archives, where I’m sharing all the recipes from our chicken wing stall in Saigon.

This was our most ordered sauce by a long way. It’s easy to make and every ingredient is available at any decent grocery store. Toss your freshly fried or air fried wings through it, or use it as a quick marinade on whatever cut of chicken you’re grilling.

Ingredients 

  • 500 grams gochujang
  • 100 grams of water 
  • 5 grams soy sauce
  • 60 grams sesame oil 
  • 120 grams honey 
  • 50 grams rice vinegar 
  • 50 grams fresh ground ginger 
  • 10 grams fresh ground garlic 

Directions

  1. Blend all together. 
  2. Then bottle, date and store in fridge
